The sale will be go through a local Deming (New Mexico) Title Company. Their fees, a few hundred US$, will be shared equally by both parties. All information supplied is subject to verification by the buyer, who should do his/her due diligence.

PAYMENT PLAN:

Pay $4,000 down and the balance of $36,000 at ZERO% INTEREST over 100 monthly payments or $ 360 a month. The land will remain as collateral (security) until the entire loan is paid off. Then title will be transferred to seller. The entire transaction will go through a local Deming (NM) based title company to protect both parties.
